Apple has not stopped by releasing iOS 8.3, now they have started to seed iOS 8.4 beta versions to registered developers of Apple Company. So far three beta versions of iOS 8.4 have been released. Stefan Esser also known as i0n1c, has jailbroken iOS 8.4. It is a good news to jailbreak fans. To prove this i0n1c has released a video illustrating jailbroken iOS 8.4 running iPhone 6 Plus. Since it shows the new Music app, Apple Watch Companion app and newly improved Emoji keyboard, no one can deny the iOS 8.4 jailbreak.
The sad story is that i0n1c has announced that he will not release this iOS 8.4 jailbreak to the public. In past i0n1c has released jailbreak tools, but now a days he is a security expert and also having problems with jailbreaking community. At one instance, Pangu team has used an exploit found by i0n1c, without giving due credits to him. However, later Pangu team tried to pay a compensation. But he refused it and now not directly support for jailbreak. Any way the method he has pointed here could be used by any jailbreak developing team or an individual to crack iOS 8.4.
After iOS 8.1.2 jailbreak everyone are waiting for a new jailbreak tool. TaiG team, Pangu team, PP jailbreak team have confirmed that they are working on iOS 8.4 jailbreak. But we cannot say when they will release it. Perhaps they are waiting until Apple release their final update for iOS 8 and then release the jailbreak tool to be compatible with that version and earlier versions.
If anyone says that they have iOS 8.3 or iOS 8.4 jailbreak, we recommend you to stay away from them. Because, they are scams, since iOS 8.4 jailbreak is yet to come.
TaiG team is the most capable team for iOS 8.4 jailbreak. Because they have jailbroken iOS 8.2 beta versions. But after that Apple has patched all the exploits. So now it is somewhat difficult to develop an iOS 8.4 jailbreak to TaiG team. If they can find the exploit shown by i0n1c, then they will be able to release iOS 8.4 jailbreak very soon.
The latest rumor is that i0n1c has announced that he will release iOS 8.4 jailbreak, once the final version of iOS 8.4 released to the public by Apple. Though this is not yet confirmed, we can hope that he will release it. Or else any other jailbreak developer has to release iOS 8.4 jailbreak as soon as possible.
